Nathalie Lete
Nathalie Lete, a Paris-based artist born in 1964, expresses herself through various mediums such as illustration, ceramics, textiles, and painting. Her creations are influenced by her travels and a blend of vintage toys and old engravings of flowers and animals. With a colorful, naive, and poetic style, her artwork sometimes ventures into the realm of art brut. Drawing inspiration from popular and folk art from her Chinese and German heritage, Nathalie produces an array of items, including children's books, toys, glass pictures, patterned dishes, postcards, sculptures, t-shirts, rugs, limited-edition jewelry, and now cotton fabrics.
