e bond is a multi-talented artist who crafts digital spaces during the day and handmade books at night. On weekends, e bond finds solace among trees and finds inspiration for her poetic writings. Operating under the studio name roughdrAftbooks since 2003, e bond creates unique artist books, printed pieces, and abstract drawings that defy conventional boundaries of art, craft, design, and poetry. With a BFA in graphic design and art history from Moore College of Art & Design, as well as an MFA in Creative Writing and Book Art from Mills College, e bond's work has been featured in prestigious publications such as 500 Handmade Books: Inspiring Interpretations of a Timeless Form and 1,000 Artists' Books: Exploring the Book as Art.
