Katrinka by Kathy Phillips

Kathy Phillips, a Pittsburgh native, discovered her artistic talent at a young age. With a passion for sewing and fabric, she pursued an M.F.A. in costume design from the University of Connecticut. After spending over 25 years in the corporate world as a Textile Designer and Creative Director, Kathy now runs her own art studio. Her art quilts and textile designs have gained recognition, including winning first place and best of show at the Charlotte Quilt show. Kathy's collections for FreeSpirit Fabrics reflect her love for nature and showcase her unique artistic process.
